All personal projects such as new windows, enclosed porches, enlarging patios etc., require Board approval. When emailing your request to [email protected], please include contractor’s name, cost of project, and pictures, plans etc. These projects require Board approval before project is started. NOTE: Any damage to property due to or resulting from this section is the sole responsibility of homeowner. DO NOT BEGIN WORK UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED APPROVAL FROM THE BOARD.
